Explore drawing and painting with a wide range of materials and techniques: acrylic paint, watercolour, drawing materials including pencil, ink, pastel, charcoal and collage.  Explore sculpting in clay with non-toxic paper clay.

Our lessons provide the experience of making art, with simple attention to perceptual information like line, shape, colour, composition, rhythm and mark-making.

Our art studio was started in 2023 by practicing artist and qualified art teacher Rachel Fairfax. 
Rachel has 24 years’ experience teaching at the National Art School, Sydney and many other art and design institutions. 

 

We teach lessons with small class sizes to children, teens and adults, and offer private tuition to all ages, and all skill levels.
